Is W really free?
Yes. There is no sign-up and no paid plan.
Where is my data stored?
On your own device, in your browser. Settlement details are not sent to MIMO LAB’s servers. The site counts visits with privacy-friendly, cookie-free statistics. See the privacy page for details.
Can I split one expense unevenly, like 60/40?
Each expense is split equally among the people you select. For uneven shares, enter it as separate expenses — for example, “room” for the people who used it and “shared” for everyone.
Does everyone need to install something?
No. One person enters the expenses and shares the PDF. W runs in any modern browser, and you can add it to your Home Screen to use it like an app.
